It's hard to see my community at home going through hard times from 5000 miles away.
My school friend, Jackson, recently found out that he has two brain tumors. He goes into surgery on Monday for further examination and to hopefully remove most of, if not all of, the main tumor. (Which is the size of a baseball). As of now it's not known if the tumor is connected to his brain tissue or not, or if the tumors are cancerous. He's graduating in a month and his life is just now beginning.
They are such an amazing family. His father was my teacher, his mom is friends with my family, as well as Jackson and I having some classes together. I can't even begin to imaging the type of pain they are going through.
If you are one to pray, please keep him and his family in your prayers, they need all that they can get right now.
