For as much as a lot of us hate to admit it, what we put into our bodies and how we exercise them has a real connection with how we feel. I've realized that while on exchange I feel the best when I feel healthy. It's hard to enjoy your time while you're constantly being dragged down by your extra weight. You just start to feel gross and unhappy, in my opinion.

Ever since I've started my diet here and started watching what I'm putting into my body, I've felt so good. I really recommend it to anyone going on exchange. If you don't think about it you can gain a lot of weight which really brings you down and doesn't let you enjoy as much of your exchange as you can.

It's also something to invest your time in if you don't have anything else to do. It gives you something to look forward to and put time into if you're struggling to find activities. I've discovered a lot of ways to spend time if you have nothing to do, I'll probably post all of them in another blog for another time. I just really wanted to point out the importance of fitness and health during your exchange. It's made me feel so much better and keep of the extra weight exchange students usually gain.
