Surprisingly enough Rachel graduated.
Rachel and I have only just recently become friends, and great ones at that. It's crazy to think of everyone graduating. We are all growing up. The ceremony was touching, it was a wakeup call that we will be adults after school. We have to make our own plan.
There were many heart-warming speeches but nobody really touched on the fact that the future is their choice. They spoke of the lasts, but hardly mentioned the many firsts to come. This year I had so many lasts, but in July I will begin so many firsts. Life has an equilibrium of good and bad, with situations like this they balance. You have no choice but to keep going and taking life as it comes.
I would also like to apologize about the lack of posts, I've been trying to get time in with friends and family while balancing the amount of work I have to put into summer school and organizing my leave for my new home.
